Return Policy (No Returns)

Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Product has been opened or used
  • Product falls under fertility (IVI Kit, Ovulation Kit, Pregnancy Kit, Sperm Kit,  Fertility Lube)
  • Return request due to change of mind

  • Product was damaged after delivery

     


Exceptions – Eligible for Replacement Only

We will replace your product only if

  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is damaged on arrival (unopened)
  • Items are missing from the package
